ICS upgrade causing RAZR issues

Since my 1AM update, my screen now flickers apps on and off. My wallpaper will flash, the apps will disappear and then reappear, and it's almost like they have a refresh rate to them.

At times I can't open my media files or my camera.

Anyone else having issues like this? Is there a fix or is this a known issue?

Have you tried to the reset? (hold power and volume down buttons for ten seconds)

No problems, so far. It might be an apps that ICS is having problems with. Try deleting two or three of them, see if the problem still exists, reinstall them and go on to two or three more of them.

I have had to do the reset just to get the phone to power off several times. ICS seems very buggy so far

ever since my phone update a few days ago it runs super hot and the battery life is down to lasting only 2 hours. i looked on some other forums and i uninstalled the app killer and it help some with the heat but got a big boost on battery life, so start with that. however i am unable to view any of my pictures/videos i took prior to update even though it shows them in my files and it will not save new pictures either. i off loaded my sd to my computer and tried to fomat the card but its still not working either. havent tried to send a text with a pic yet cause it wont alow me to see them. also remove/disable any battery extenders or any type of of app like that. ics does all that already and i guess the two programs cause apps to turn on then off then on............

I am having issues of a different natures. Everytime I download an app, it downloads to the home screen and then says my home screen is full. I am also getting a "background screen is restricted". Anyone experienced this issue?

go into the settings in the play store and turn off put widget on homescreen for downloaded apps.

Hello Higgy33. I can certainly understand how frustrating a flickering screen can be! This is why I wanted to check on you and your device! Were you able to get the flickering to stop? As mithmal recommended, have you completed a hard reset? If you have and the issue still persist then please reply to this posting so I can investigate further for you.

Having similar problems. What is the App killer called? Apps?

I have something called Apps that can access my messages, network communications, read personal information, modify SD card storage, retrieve running information, as well as one or two other things. Is this the App killer you refer to?

My screen has been flickering non-stop since the update. Is this a bug with the update or something that will be fixed with the patch?

Have you tried doing a Soft Reset you might that.? Or try a System Cache Clear if that doesn't Work then i would Try a Factory Reset..
