Probably not too many. http://www.motorola.com/blog/2012/06/22/update-android-4-0-ics-news-for-droid-razr-and-droid-razr-ma...
"Update: Not to confuse matters, but Motorola's just put out a post of its own, saying "A select number of DROID RAZR by Motorola and DROID RAZR MAXX by Motorola owners will start receiving the upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich this week as part of our standard upgrade process; broader deployments will come over the coming days."

My son got it 2 days ago and I am still waiting. How are they picking and choosing?

I *think* they do it based on your MEID and possibly Region. Hence the "waves" of pushes.

I believe I read somewhere that some of the general masses got ICS over the
weekend and that it is to start being pushed to the rest of us starting
tomorrow.

Most likely the "select few" are the soak testers. They are people who usually volunteer to test the setup before it goes to the masses to make sure everything works ok. If all works fine, we should see it being sent OTA some time next week.

DDDuke64...when I go into "About Phone," I am still running Android 2.3.6, however all of a sudden, neither of my email accounts (yahoo plus & gmail) will sync. "Invalid Credentials." Is that the problem you were having with your email account(s) that you reference as having to fix? If so, what did you do to fix them? I've tried everything...nothing works. Thanks for the help.

I can't get any of my downloaded apps to run. From Facebook to Tunewiki I get a black screen followed 2-3 minutes later with a message saying its not responding do you want to send a report. Is anyone else having this type of issue with their upgraded device?

Rick is this an issue you are having with I.C.S ? It sounds like you have it. It would probably be a Good idea to Factory Reset as this OS is big and doing a Factory Reset will help clear some old files from Ginger bread. If you need to give Customer Service a Call Option 3 for Technical Services an they can help you Through it if Needed..

yeah, if it's all apps, a factory reset should clear it up. If it's only a couple, you can try going to that specific app under applications-manage applications and clearing data.
