Installed app gets put on the Home Screen by default

Anyone else find this annoying? When I install an app (Post ICS only) the link to the app gets thrown onto the Home Screen. Is there a setting to not have this do that? I don't want just any apps on my Home Screens.

It is a setting within the Play Store. You can turn it off.

This is something New with  I.C.S. isn't Ann as it never added a Widget like it's doing Now. I added one of my old Apps to my Gingerbread OS Maxx and it put the Widget in the App Drawer but not on the Main screen Area's like i.c.s. is Doing
