So about 5 months ago i started a new contract with verizon and i got the droid razr. I love love love this phone but i dropped it and cracked the screen, it also has charging issues and now it wont turn on at all.
I set up insurance on the phone when i bought it but i have never seen it taken out of my account. I remember them having issues with setting it up on my mastercard, so i had them set it up on a card that I dont always have funds in, but had funds in there when i got my phone set up. Ive searched through my bank history and i havent seen anything coming out from the phone insurance company. So I guess what my question is, was it not even set up? And since ive had the phone for a few months now, and I going to be stuck with a damaged phone because they did not set up my insurance properly and or did not inform me they were having issues getting funds from my account? Has anyone else had a similiar problem? I'm kind of freaked out that they wont let me put insurance on an already damaged phone that ive had for however many months...
