Issue with dock station and webtop

I purchased a dock station a few days ago but the web top app does not appear as one of the options when I hook it up to my laptop.  Does anyone know if I have to download it or something??

Congratulations on your new RAZR and dock station! As far as using the WebTop application, as long as you're using a dock and adapter for the app to connect, there should be no issue. I recommend reboot the laptop and the phone, then attempt to reconnect. You can see the WEBTOP steps in the user manual starting on page 25.  Please advise if you continue to have problems so I and the community can assist further.

Sorry for the late reply.  I still haven't been able to connect to my laptop but I just tried connecting to my tv and it works just fine.  Both the mirror option and webtop app show up when I connect to my tv. I tried connecting to both of my laptops and it wont give me either option.  Any other ideas?  I've rebooted both my phone and laptops and still nothing. Its an awesome app but I dont see it being beneficial if I can only use it on my tv.
