I have Junos Pulse security on my Droid Razr Maxx. I upgraded my phone to Android 4.0.4, didn't like the new keyboard, and downloaded the SlideIT keyboard. Everything was fine until I had to log back into my phone. The SlideIT keyboard does not have an Enter key and I could not log into my phone after typing my password. I read the SlideIT FAQ which said to use the smiley key for Enter, but that did not work. After a long time, somehow miraculously I got into the phone after repeatedly hitting Home. Then I changed the keyboard to SlideIT "classic" which appears to have an Enter key. Unfortunately what looks like an Enter key actually just clears out what I had typed in for the password. Now I cannot log into my phone. I am going to the Verizon store today and see if they can help me. In the meantime, does anyone know what I can do?

Update: I had my phone wiped at the Verizon store and am not going to use SlideIT again as long as I have to use Junos Pulse.

You Could Try Smart Keyboard or Swiftkey 3 Keyboard i have tried Smart Key Board and it as far as i know don't have a Security thing like the one you Downloaded.
Is there any way you can get to the Main Screen then get to your settings. Karen ?
Update: When i done a Search of this Keyboard on the Play-Store it showed this: We couldn't find anything for your search - Junos Pulse and SlideIT keyboard.
If may ask were did you Acquire this From.?

Hi B
Junos Pulse is some IT security SW that companies install on corporate phones.
I'm guessin, Karen is using a corporate sponsored phone or they require Junos Pulse in order to login to the mail server.
I saw that JP currently does not (yet) support ICS so there may be other issues lurking for Karen that she just doesn't know about yet.
On the SlideIt issue, it looks to me like a swipe KB with fancy colors. Looks like it also requires a lot of access to the phone that some people aren't comfortable with. Might be why JP doesn't like it either.
