Motorola is pretty good at indicating which phones are in the schedule to get any future updates. I would suggest checking their website.

It's currently just listed as receiving the update, no anticipated release date.

DROID RAZR MAXX HD

This device will be upgraded to KitKat (Android 4.4)

Go here to check on your Motorola device to see if it will be upgraded,

First fill in where you purchased your device and then select the device.

I was on the phone with VZW support last night and they said their information says "First quarter 2014" which is better, IMO, than "Sometime in 2014".
