Someone locked me out of my phone perminantly. Help
emmacarey11, Sorry to hear that your device has been locked out. To be able to reset the device you would need to perform a factory reset. If you have a micro SD card in the device, I would suggest removing it before completing the reset. 1. You could take it to a Verizon store and see it a tech there can unlock it.
2. Go into recovery mode and do a factory data reset (you'll have to setup your device from scratch after that)
How is your phone locked? Draw a pattern or personal password of number and letters or just number pins to get in with? Some of them can actually be cracked to get you back in.
