Can anyone help me to unlock my phone . the store made a mistake and locked my phone before I left the store and I didn't know it until I got home ...Need a password to use my phone..Help
Try 0000 or 1234 --> that might Work Did you Set a Password prior to your Visit to the Store.?
I'm confused, if one of the sales persons locked the device why dont you just contact them and have them talk you through unlocking the device?

alabamabighands, no one likes a lock phone, especially when they cant get into it. The community gave some great suggestions. If a lock code was added, it may be the last four digits of your mobile phone number, 0000, 1111, or 1234. Try these combinations and if you continue to have issues, I recommend taking the phone back to the store to have the device unlocked. Please keep us posted. KinquanaH_VZW
