Maybe someone at verizon can figure this out.
3 hours of my life gone.
Sudden data usage is typically from doing something with wifi accidentally turned off you'd normally have on for. Think cloud backups, big downloads -- that kinda stuff.
If the data was from hotspoting, computers can easily burn through data with background processes.
Nope wifi was on and nothing sharing the connection.

Well I called over 3 hours ago to request a call back in a hour and still nothing.
Almost 5 hours now.
