Mirror mode not working

Hi,

Using my new RAZR now for a couple of months and I'm unable to use mirror mode as explained in the instructional video.

Plug RAZR into my HDMI port on my TV and select mirror mode on my touch screen on the RAZR.

At this point I cannot make any selections other than the lower part of the screen to display the settings, home, previous, etc. options. The screen is displayed on the TV but no selections can be made from the RAZR. THIS IS NOT GOOD! I can't see that there are any options for the user to select in the way of configuration other than the overscan in the HDMI setting. I brought the phone to a Verizon store but they were unable to help. The software is updated to the latest version. Suggestions please..

I don't have a micro HDMI cable - getting one today - so I can't check this out. But from what I've read with other folks "it should just work." And, according to them, it works much better with the Razr than other phones they've owned.

If possible, maybe try a different HDMI cable and/or HDMI port on your TV? And reboot your phone - which often fixes many glitches.
