I have now had my phone for about 3 weeks and have had no problems what so ever with it. compared to my previous phone, the htc droid incredible, it's night and day!!! it has been awhile since i've been deep into tech. stuff, etc, but do not let thiese phones intimidate you!!! i don't care how "smart" they allegedly are, you will always be smarter. there is not a computer on this planet that is smarter than you, no matter who you are

I left BlackBerry for iPhone and iPhone for Droid RAZR. By far the RAZR is the best phone I have ever used.

I had a Galaxy Nexus and after the 3rd replacement, Verizon sent me a Razr Maxx (after first trying to offer me a Droid X2 or a Droid 3). I exchanged it once for radio issues and the replacement is great so far. I have to say, it functions as well for the most part as the G Nex. I'll be really happy when the Maxx gets the software upgrade to Android 4.0 ICS. The phone is fast, consistant and has a very vivid screen. I don't see any visual issues personally with the pentile display. The G Nex may have had a slightly sharper screen, but I compared the 2 side by side and the blacks and whites on the Maxx were sharper and the screen more colorful in general. Overall I'm very happy.

It hasn't been ironed out as far as I know, mls3331.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Using Speedtest.net's app, I came out in one location at nearly 40mps. I have been averaging anywhere from 20-40mps under 4G in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

I too came from a D Incredible. I have now had my Maxx for four weeks. I love it. The battery way outlasts my DInc. I used to have to charge my DInc half way through the day. But with my Maxx, I can go all day without charging (even with using Google Nav; though it came close later in the day). This phone is a bit faster in processing than my DInc but with 4G, my pages load way faster. I have also had better reception in areas that I had no reception before. My wife still has a DInc and she would be complaining about no bars and yet I have about 3 bars. I have noticed though that 4G network will go away every once in a while leaving me with no network connectivity briefly. It does come back about a minute later. But annoying none the less. I do not have this problem when connected to wifi or 3G.
