My Droid Turbo is locked in emergency call mode. How do I get it out? I didn't set up a password for it. I turned it off last night to charge and now I can't get in it.

I have tried rebooting it several times and connected it to my PC but I still can't get it to unlock.  I tried the usual passwords I use on my account.  Any suggestions?
