I just got my cranberry droid razr about a month and a half ago. Everything has been fine until today when I went to take a picture and my camera wasn't working at all. I tried to do the reset, by holding down both the power button and volume simultaneously for 20 seconds, and my phone seemed to be resetting. This is where the problem happens. After the first image of the "dual core technology" passes, my phone gets stuck on the "droid". I never even get to the eye.
Please help! My phone has been like this for a while and I have tried doing the reset multiple times with no changes.
