My phone is fully charged however is froze and will not allow me to power it off!
Try holding the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 15-20 seconds
Have you tried removing the battery?
This thread was posted in the Droid Razr section; those phones do not have removable batteries ,,, my earlier post is an alternative to a battery pull.
