I am not receiving texts & keep getting a message that messaging has shutdown
Wow, that does seem to be a strange error, endroad. I want to make sure that you are able to get all of your messages without any issues. Are you using the text message application that came with the device? When did this message start to appear? Please try to power the phone off all the way and remove the sim card for 10-15 seconds: http://vz.to/1hQ72P9 then re-try your text messages. Please keep us posted.
