My turbo has become unresponsive several times. I have had to do a factory reset one time. Does anyone know why this happens?
Do you know if you were doing the same activity each time?
I am having the same problem a lot of the time. I'm really disappointed in my turbo. Mine is freezing with different programs not the same one everytime. I am also having issues with it shutting down a lot of programs. It will start with one and then 7-8 other programs will shut down too until I restart the phone.
