I wanted to know if anyone knows why my data got reset before my cycle is even over

this happen to me about 2 days ago but my cycle isn't even up until oct.2 ???

and i know it reset cause when you go to settings   data usage on phone it shows correct usage

any help would be useful

Might be a Fluke in the Widget you might try Removing it then Soft Resetting the Phone and then go back and Re-Add it give that a Try.

don't think thats it because when i login on the web site it shows the same as the widget and i know 100% there both wrong

i would think that vzw would want to be 100% correct on there website and widget seeing as if i were on a data plan for say 2gb a month which im not im on unlimited i could contest the usage cause it show a hell of alot less then what i really used

put it this way data usage on phone says 1.17TB and vzw website and myverizon widget shows 118.136GB

Yup.!  sounds like a bummer.. And having a Correct Data Count is Essential if your on a Non Unlimited or Shared Data Plan.. i'd want it to be Correct..

Have you contacted CS to investigat the situation?  Also I would suggest you install "Onavo Count" from the Play Store because it has been the mose reliable for tracking data, I have used it and it has been on point for me.

no i have'nt contacted CS I'd proly have to wait till monday 

and like i said i look at data useage in settings

that and my cycle ends oct. 2nd

but ty ill look at onavo count

I Did Wildman and i got a little Confused on it but i might Try it again and i might need to have you throw me some Pointer on it.. I'm a little slow at some of these Tech apps but once i get the Hang.. I'm pretty much good to Go.!! b33
