I have a Motorola Android HD and get no internet connection error. I have turned the device off and on, after trying with WI FI and w/o WI FI and should be able to default to Verizon data package. My data is ENABLED. What else can I try?

*cricket......does anyone know if there is a Verizon OUTAGE in the NW Ohio area? Hearing other Verizon users complaining too.
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another carrier phone and let them know about the outage.
