There is a Mic on the very front - lower left side (the small hole between the Menu & Home button - used for voice calls), and another one on the rear - again, a small hole in the lower right side - this one used for Video recording)

Thank you.
So how would I use it to record a sound off my computer? I know I can just press a button and record.

lol .. well, your initial question was "where is the Mic" ... If you have a sound on your PC, it is lilely in a .WAV or .MP3 format .. have you tried searching for the file on your PC? If you can find it and it's in either of those formats, all you have to do is copy the file to your phone (to the directory called media\audio) ... Otherwise, to 'record' it to the phone, you need a recorder APP from market ... there are several to try that are Free .. not sure which ones would record & convert it to a Ringtone though ... what specifically are you wanting to do with the Sound you're trying to record?

If you want to use a part of a sound file, Ringdroid will allow you to edit it to use only the part you want. There are instructions and pictures on how to do it here.

Get the free app, Ringdroid. It'll do what you want.
