Network 4 g r not stowing the bar

At 1230 am I was working at the post office and I was try go to App Store and to use the flash air for my watch Espn. So the network 4g bar dispear and there was only white bar so what is that mean I have tech support from Chicago ill they said I can running up to ten gb till one month after that they will look the account see what I been use the data from Sorenson video relay service I use this for my bill payment or talk to my wife from beach and I don't have any home just hotel so what is going on they shut me down with 4g network was gone I have only have is three gb so far so pls turn it back I have already talk and agreement with the tech support at Chicago Ill so pls let me know what is going on  my account due by oct10 2012 my automatics debit card on sept 25 but now it different debit card because my bank manger told me to get a new debit card my old debit what I gave u into good it will wait till next week by time I get my card I will go to my account to pay my bill then I will put my debit card to paid ok so let me know what is going on I need my phone network 4g on my bar on pls thank u
