Just upgraded to Razr and now my phone won't connect to the internet. I get a red triangle on the top with a white cross on it. Any help is appreciated.
Turn off the phone, remove the SIM card, and power the phone back on; then turn the phone off again and reinsert the SIM card, then turn the phone back on.
If that doesn't work, call Verizon from another phone or take it to your nearest Corporate store.
