We have 2 droid Razr 4G phones in our household. We previously got limited service as we aree in a weak signal location. Bought a booster....3 weeks ago we lost all signal and Verizon is unable to explain why. Our friend who uses Verizon also, has an Iphone 3G and gets 5 bars at our home. We use her phone to call customer service, to be on the line for an hour at a time, to get no resolution. At this point I feel Verizon could care less about us. They say it is impossible for another Verizon user to get signal while we don't and they say the Razrs have a better signal than the Iphone. Frustrated and ready to go to AT&T. They had one of us download a whole new something......and we lost all contacts, photos etc....and still no signal. The booster does not even recognize a GPS signal. Verizon SUCKS!
