My phone popped up with a no service message so I turned it off thinking it just needed to reset but when I turned it back on it said no sim card - no service - install a sim card. How do you get to the sim card to remove it - clean and replace, assuming this is the issue.

This could also cause the SIM card to dislodge or have damage. If you continue to receive the same error message, stopping by a store for a hands on evaluation may be helpful. The SIM card slot is on the side of the device. The manual shows you how to insert or remove the SIM card.
