No sim card with my Phone

I just bought a Droid Raze Maxx, when I went to insert the sim card I realized it didn't come with one, but it is needed to activate the phone. I didn't buy the phone directly from Verizon so would the people at a Verizon store be able to help me? Or will I jest have to wait for the customer support from the place I got it from to help me?

Depends. Where did you purchase the phone? Was it for full retail price or something else?

SIMs don't come pre-installed in phones. If you buy a phone from VZW or Best Buy they supply the SIM when you activate the phone. If you bought it from a private party, they pulled the SIM because it belongs to them if it was activated. SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module. You need to go to a Verizon or Best buy or somewhere and they should be able to give you one. Verizon might charge for it though.

Verizon corporate stores won't charge for the SIM card. A third party retailer will likely charge for the new SIM card.

Is this your first phone with a 4G LTE SIM card?

I don't know what Wirefly's policies are with providing the first SIM card.

Yes it is, I'm not to sure either, it doesn't really say. But I did email them and told them about it, so I'm just waiting for a response from wirefly.

You can just take it to a Verizon store. I had a friend loan me his TBolt and the store just put in a new sim card, no charge.

Make sure you go to a corporate store and not a retailer. The corporate store will give you the SIM card for no charge.

The retailer stores might charge for a new SIM card.
