Another very basic question - seems like there is no "notepad" function already loaded on the Razr? I'm looking for one that I can put on the homescreen, that uses speech to text input. I would've thought that would be built in already, but maybe I'm overlooking it. I just want something simple that only goes to a notepad app, no texts or e-mails. (Preferrably with a big old microphone button that I can hit when driving, instead of having to go into a program and then find the mic, etc.)
Sorry for the very basic questions - I've only had this phone for two days and I'm not finding it to be very intuitive. The LG Spectrum that I had briefly was much easier to learn quickly! I've posted questions in a couple of Android forums and nobody has bothered to respond.
Have you checked the Play Store to see if there is something there?
