Phone knows it is in San Diego, has now decided San Diego is in the Mountain Time Zone

It was an hour ahead. I realized "Use network-provided time zone" was defaulting to Mountain time zone. It understands my "Home time zone" is Pacific Time. It also understands I am in California. I manually set up, not sure how to fix it.

My phone clock and clander suddenly decided togo backward 8 days and 8 hours . Shutting it off and back on did nothing. Any suggestions anyone?

Yes I've used it for navigation recently and it has informed me " location found"
