Phone not charging

Has anyone been having any problems with the MAXX not charging? I had mine on the charger last night and it never went above 40%. Then plugged it in next to bed last night and when I took it off the charger this morning it was at 30%. On way to work I plugged it in in the car on way to work, same result now at 20%. Needless to say it is plugged in now at office and after 1 hour on charger it is still reading 20%. HELP

this question has not been answered so I am not assuming anything. I have turned off phone in hopes that it will charge. If not to the verizon store i go

Hello gordon2497. Having an uncharged phone is not cool at all! I can certainly help you with your device! Can I assume that there isn't any physical or liquid damage on your Maxx? Also, are the charger(s) that you are using OEM charger? Let me know so I can continue to investigate. ^AH

i always charge with the phone off & make sure you're using the wall charger that was included & don't charge with usb.
