Phone won't connect to my computer anymore

I have tried multiple cables and my phone will no longer connect to my computer like it use to so I can back up my pictures and free up space on my phone. Also have had trouble with the phone no longer turbo charging and takes almost 6 hours to fully charge. Does this mean the port were the cable connects is bad? The phone is not even a year old.

Kelmjar13, this is very strange. We want you to be able to backup your contents when you need to. Let's look more into this for you. When did this start? Any application install prior to this happening? Have your tried to put the device in safe mode and connect to the computer?
