Phone won't end call when other person ends.

I talk to someone frequently who is on cricket services, when they call me and end the call tit doesn't go through and end the call for me, neither does it let me RECEIVE cals from this person. But I can get calls from verizon phones, sprint phones ect. Its only carriers like revol and cricket that it will do this too. Is this a software issue? How can I fix this..somteims it even doesn't show the call counting until later...I dont want toh ave tos hut down my phone every time.

It might be Because of the Provider the Other Party is With? You say it Does Ok with at&t , Sprint But has Trouble with Cricket , an ones like that.. well i don't think it's your Phone But i would Call customer Service an Ask C.S. to look over your Account An all your Settings on the Phone Just make sure there isn't any thing odd going on with it Ask them to do some Test calls an Text Test's just to make sure every thing is in Sync. Let me know what you find out An don't Hesitate at all to ask them a Broad spectrum of Questions!.. b33 :smileyhappy:
