Picture messages won't transfer to replacement phone

I had to get a replacement phone for my Droid Turbo 2 after the Marshmallow update killed my 6mo old NEW Turbo 2... Now my picture messages will not transfer over, even though all my regular text messages transferred through the Cloud. Why will the picture messages not transfer, too? Is there a way to get them back?

I'm sorry to hear that your phone did not work any longer after the software update kaymcm216. I know its important to make sure all your data is transferred. on your phone. Are you able to see all your photos via the Cloud online? What happens when you try to transfer them online via the cloud through My-Verizon.
