Pictures:Transfer from phone to laptop

Does anyone know how to transfer photos from your cell to a laptop? I tried doing via e-mail, but I have 700+ pics and it's taking forever...Thanks

Easiest way for me is to connect the two with the USB cable and 'drag and drop' the files.

I use Dropbox.. Once you have them transferred, you can set Dropbox up to automatically put camera pictures out there automatically. It's pretty cool, I never have to worry about doing the copy..
