My neighborhood has over 1,000 homes right in the middle of Los Angeles. All of us continually complain about how poor the cell coverage is across ALL the known carriers, there is concern that this may leave us exposed in the event of a natural disaster such as an earthquake. I believe there is an opportunity for Verizon to increase their customer base were it to come forward with a plan to boost our coverage. How do I accompish this?
