Post-update, cannot restore my font size to Exchange email accounts

I'm nearly legally blind and I had my fonts set at "huge". It worked great, until the update. I updated my phone as required, and all fonts reset to microscopic size. I reset in settings to huge. All resized properly except incoming emails from Exchange. I then reset in General setting to large...no help. I cleared the cache....no help. Level 2 Support at Motorola said I'm nuts....that can't be a problem and won't help any further. This phone is useless to me without "huge" font size. Any ideas of what to do next?

Let's get your font fixed on your phone! I have looked over a few things and wanted to make sure that you went in Settings, Accessibility and made sure the Large Text box is checked. Let's start here. Keep us posted.

yes, that is already done. settings, accessibility, large has been there

since the update and still have microscopic text on Exchange emails....only

the exchange based emails. next idea? thanks

Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have done already. Have you tried to delete the email account and add it back onto the phone? Let us know if this helps.
