No major changes that I noticed would have any impact.... I've tried many things .. Apps, installing, uninstalling... Factory reset... No damage to phone ...

"My phone (or service)  is way screwed up and I get messages sent late, delayed or not in order... So some msgs I may not have read or received or u may not have got mine... I'm trying to get help from Verizon. "

That is the message I had to send to people I communicate with,, I continue to have trouble. ,

Sounds like you have done quite a bit of work already, we appreciate all the troubleshooting you have done so far. What is the current software your phone is on now http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-63847/ ? You mentioned you did a reset, could you describe the steps you took for that reset?

I can understand how frustrating this issue is with your device and that the reset did not chnage anything. Let's dig deeper. After the reset was done, were you able to access the device to be used? Any error messages being displayed related to the exact problem? Share more details along with the exact steps used to do the factory reset.

This is very frustrating.... , I am able to access device.., . I didn't receive any error messages, .. , the screen lock code was entered wrong numerous times and then phone reset... , I was able to access device.. No error msgs... Still having Same issues as before reset...

Oh wow Elreylatino! These are far too many issues to be going on with your device and we certainly want you in something more reliable. If you have hard reset the device with no positive results, then this could mean there would be a hardware issue with the device. If within warranty you would be able to have the device replaced at no charge with the same make and model. My device freezes up, turns off, by itself, messages sent lag or get returned.. Sometimes not sent at all... Battery loses power quickly and seems it takes long to charge... ,volume is low even using speaker.., CPU gets hot easily and frequently... ,

I've tried various things, apps, installing and uninstalling,  keeping from using device while charging., different locations and times make no difference... I use power supply that came with device..
