RAZR MAXX possessed? Spontaneous actions and settings changes

Last night I was awakened by my RAZR MAXX loudly going through a series of alert tones.  It was plugged into it's charger, but I have is set to not notify when charged.  I got up and it was deep into some dialog screen in Settings.  I backed out until it was back in the home screen and put it back to sleep.  This morning I discovered the following settings changed (there may be others; I didn't check them all, and I don't know what they all were to begin with):

* Data usage was turned off

* Screen auto-rotate was turned off

* Keypress sound was turned on

These are features I use constantly, so I'm very sure how they were set before last night.

Then I discovered 3 outgoing phone calls which, according to the phone log, were made while I was asleep (and I was by myself, btw).  All to entries in my contacts -- one to my home phone, one to my office fax line, one to my mobile number.  Caller ID on my home phone shows no call from my mobile at that time.  Then I found an email to myself, originating from my phone, with no subject, and the body of the email was a single letter j.

Short of my getting out of bed in my sleep and trying to use my phone (sleepphoning?) I can't envision any way for this to happen.

Is my Droid possessed, does it have a virus, or am I a sleepwalker?

A Doctor i am Not nor am a Total Geek when it Comes to Electronics but with Equipment -- my phones i always shut them down when i'm charging so people don't.. but to me it Conditions the phone so that when it's turned back on it can start Fresh.. Why your Maxx acted like it did.. it's a little puzzling but i would say you have a App that went a little Bonkers there are Apps that Control how the Phone Functions,

They can Control:  SD Card, The Phone Book, Calls going out & Coming in, Messaging, Text & Email, and many Important Things there is More that apps can Control but for the Most of it. I listed some of  the Most important ones.

It might be a Thing to Run your Maxx in Safe Mode Just to see if there is a Issue with a third party App: Good Luck and here's is how to put your Maxx into Safe Mode..  P.C. B33 Smiley Happy
