Does anyone out there have a problem with their Razor powering down for no reason & while you are using the device? Christmas day it went down 5 times! It is a real problem! I power it down once a day but it still powers itself down whenever! HELP!!!
Hi! Sometimes a device will random power cycle when it is attempting to install software updates. Please verify that you have the latest software by following this path: Settings> About phone> System version. Thanks!
