Razr screen all of a sudden black and not working??

Anyone have this happen or have any input? My phone looks like it is dead, but if I try to turn it on it will vibrate and then nothing happens. Once the screen did appear, but nothing happened when I tried to slide the "lock" key to open it and now the screen is black again....

press the power button and the volume down button at the same time and hold them down for about ten seconds. The screen should flash white for a spit second. Wait a few seconds then press the power button until it starts up again. This should work!:smileyhappy:
