Hello, my screen randomly went black in the middle of a phone call and is unresponsive. I tried plugging it in to the charger and holding down the power button. Nothing is working. Please Help!!!
Hold in on your power on button and your volumn button for like 30sec and then it will power back on.
this worked for me; holding the power button volume down until phone vibrates, took atleast 20-30 sec.
According to Apple site (and it just worked for me), hold power button and home button for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Allow a few more second for the phone to return to the home screen.
