Hello. My upgraded one of my family line with Razr Maxx so that I can sell the phone because my parent didn't need a new phone but was willing to start a new 2 years contract.
I sold the phone as new and never turned on so I don't want to activate the phone. I heard that for 4G device you don't need to activate first and want to confirm if it is true. I called Verizon, but the rep was a little confused and just told me to return the phone to verizon. Is there any special I need to do before sending out the phone?
