I have a droid turbo that I can send pictures but my wife has a droid maxx and she is unable to send or receive pictures (HELP PLEASE)
Does she have her data turned on?
Yes
Is her wi-fi turned off and you have verified she can still open a web page etc?
Can you find settings>application manager and delete the cache and data for the messaging app she is using?
