Stupid Question from a new stupid user - accessing data connection

Just converted over to a RAZR this week. First smartphone. It's smarter than I am. Anyway, I can't seem to get the phone to hook up to my data connection. I can't find anything in the manuals or searching. Any help?

I can connect via WIFI, I found that. I'll check the manual again for the network connection..

Hey G Monkey it's easy Hit your Menu Button the Three Vertical bars it will take you to your Settings Wireless & Networks are the First thing in the Settings Tap on it..Ok you there ! In there you will see Wi-fi Turn it on..Once do that your Wi-Fi Network an ones in your area will Show up. You will need to tap on your network an enter the Password to get it to connect to your Router..

I got that part B33. I can't get to 4GLTE. That's the problem I'm having. Not that I need it at home. I can connect to my network... if i'm making sense.

Looking on the Map you Got Excellent Coverage in Carlisle i will put a Link on here so you can put your Mouse on an Left click to see the Map in your Area an it also shows the Store that's not to far from ya..
Just Click left click on the on the Link an it will take you to your Coverage area then to get back to here click you back Arrow on your Computer..
Put your Zip Code in the map Search when you get on the map Site an it will bring up your City 17013 then tap 4G then Refresh

Well in the Area that your live in you are well covered By 4G what is showing in your Display? Do you have the Sim installed an all of that..

Call 800-922-0204 and choose option 3. You must call from another phone. I suspect your phones mobile network is set to CDMA only. Go into settings and there will be an option, under Wireless and Network, MOBILE NETWORKS Click on it and look at network Mode. See if your phone is set to CDMA/LTE. If not, choose it.
In looking at the coverage map, it is iffy unless directly downtown.

Ok you Got this Razr from Verizon an it's Brand Spanking New is this Correct! Well if you Got it New as you Claim an from Verizon it would have been shipped By FedEx an that Setting Would have Been in The CDMA/LTE..Position as that is the Way they are Shipped New!! As i was this Told by a Tear 2 Tech..
Grease Monkey you'll will probably need to take the Phone to Corporate Store an have it Flashed so it is Restored Back to Factory New once that is Done Do not touch that Setting or let some one tell you it needs to be in that position as your seeing right now what issues you Having with it..

Well with the Sim Card in an the Area your in you should be Good Go with 4G on your Phone in your upper right Corner next to the Signal Bars it should Show 4GLTE..
