I am having issues with another person not receiving my text msgs. It seems as though I can send them, shows they were delivered but the other person never receives them. However once they send me a msg I can respond then they all go through. It's as though they have to initiate the conversation. I only have issues with one person. All other go through fine. Is it my phone or his?
