Hello. I just switched over from Sprint and my Droid Turbo 2 isn't receiving texts from anyone but my other Verizon phone. Shouldn't the porting process have resolved this? How do I fix it? Please help!
Is the Verizon phone making and receiving calls? Did you get the Welcome text message sating you can now make and receive call on America's most reliable network?
Was the Sprint phone turned off and the SIM card removed?
