The menu buttons at the bottom of the screen no longer work

The menu buttons at the bottom of my screen are no longer working. I have tried restarting my computer several times and have also tried putting it in safe mode to see if I can still navigate using the menu buttons in safe mode and they still do not work. Has anyone else had this issue before and is there a way to fix it?

amque4 - Having a device with functioning buttons is crucial. Lets work together and get the buttons in working order. Is there any water/physical damage? When you press the buttons do they get stuck? Have you tried using a dry toothbrush to clean around the buttons?
