I have one of my Maxx's on I.C.S and one Ginger too the only reason i didn't update was for Trouble shooting and since it still works with Adobe Flash the only thing i have had issues with is the flipping from 4 to 3G and switching to White 4G more than i'd like to see When it's Blue that indicates it is Working with the Google Servers and it also means it going to Sync with Data it does with the White but it's very sparingly.. So as for updating my second Maxx i thinking about it but in a Hurry up Matter but if i hear that Jelly Bean is Coming Soon i change that Thought and Get it updated Quickly..

Yup i predict since the M is getting it as of Now the The HD's should be right around the Corner as they have about the Same Software as the M then it will come to the other Razr's i think why it's taking a little longer for the Older Gents is and this my theory it's 4 acting buttons that Motorola has to a just the software to Work with) On the New Razr's there's just 3 Main buttons as there is on the Galaxy Nexus, G SIII and the others with style of Configuration( it Might be something else but i have Feeling it the 4 has something to do with it to build around..
But i will just have to wait
