This is my 4th turbo 2 since December and 3 in less than 2 weeks. My Mom is on her 3rd one since January. Enough is enough Verizon DONT WANT ANOTHER DROID!!!!!

Cant believe that your policy for phone exchanges is worthless. After 2 solid days of dealing with Customer Support, which by the way the people were nice and tried to help us but your policy is so stupid.

Policy is policy but you can pay off the phones while they still work and sell them, then buy new phones.
