Top 20 Favorite Contacts

I have 6 favorites in place, when I add the 7th favorite, # 6 is replaced by #7.  HOW can i get the app to accept more than six favorites?

You might half to store them in Different Sections like V.I.P , Family , Work something like that. Just a recommendation there are Apps that might Help to this a little easier.

I am having the same problem. It will only let me add 10 (when there are 20 spots avalible) and it will not let me add my husband and brother-in-law...one always replaces the other?! If you find a solution will you please post it on here?!!! I checked those links but it didn't really answer exactly what I was looking for.

To all that is trying to Figure out how to Add to the the Contacts List this is how you have to Do it To Get your 20

1. You have to Go to the Contacts Favorite Widget on the screen it should be just right > of the Main screen.
2. When you see it take your finger an pull it Down you will then see your favorites an A  +  Plus symbol touch it to add a new contact favorite..  A full list of contacts will Pop Up next and a Box Next to each one of them.  Check the Favorite it will then have a Green check next to it. You then will need to check the Confirm on the Bottom of the page.. To lock in your selected Favorite..
3. Repeat these Steps for each Contact favorite you want to Add
4. Remember 20 is the Limit but you can Remove a Favorite if you so wish to later on..  b33

B33 - Thank you, BUT it doesn't work at the bottom of the screen I'm

not given the option to check confirm. I only have "done", I tap that

go to the screen of 20 & watch my #7 disappear while my new #7 becomes

the favorite!

When you pull the Widget Down is the Star White or Green if it's Green it need's to be White to add a New Contact.  Try this before Adding any thing take your finger press on the Widget till the Trash can comes Up an push up into the Trash can then Power off your Phone turn it back on. Let it Fully power up then scroll to were the Widget was press on the Screen till you See Widgets it will be the Top one Tap it to go in and Scroll up till you Find Favorite Contacts Tap an it will appear on the Screen. Once it Does Try my Solution again to see if you can add your Additional Favorites..

I want you to try this as Well Go to Every Contact that is on your Phone:  Tap on the contact an if there is a Green Star tap it To Un-Select it. Give this a to see if it Helps Let me Know if Does or Not b33

B33 - the star is White! I've tried doing what you wrote, I was able to

get up to 8 contacts but that's it. I'm following the thread & as time

allows I am trying all suggestions. I do appreciate all the help!

Well That Good you might have to do a Clearing of the Cache Partition i would think a Factory Reset would be Needed but it Might..b33

I think I fixed it!

I had to delete my favorites completly, moved the favorites widget to the trash can and turned off my phone. When it started back up I put my "old favorites" (that I had deleted before shutting it down) back into my contacts BUT DID NOT SELECT THE STAR TO MAKE THEM A FAVORITE! Then went to my home screen and added the favorites widget back to my home screen. From there I hit the green + and selected the contacts I wanted. It let me add 17! (by choice, I don't have 20 that I contact on a regular basis.)

I really hope this works for you too!

When all else fails, delete and start again!
