Touch screen stopped working

I'm thinking maybe I overheated something. Had Navigation, music, and a game running at the same time then all of a sudden nothing on the screen worked. I could turn the screen on and off but couldn't do anything more than that. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried since the phone has cooled down?

Try to doing a power reset, hold the on/off button and the volume down button at the same time and let the phone reset.

Phone's working fine now, guess it did just need to cool down. Didn't know about the power reset, thanks for letting me know!
