Call verizon and they will be able to help you. Did you have a security app like lookout? That would help as well if you did.

if you didn't have seek droid or lookout (or some other tracking app) then you're out of luck. however, there is one called Plan B taht you can actually install and activate grom a pc so try this:

Good morning shainaleann2003.
I'm sorry to learn your phone was stolen! I know this is one of the worst things that can happen, as we have so much personal data on our devices now days. Let's see what we can do. Do you have insurance on your phone? Did you have any kind of tracking application on it? If you have the Total Equipment Coverage insurance, (TEC), there is an application that is included with that coverage called Mobile Recovery. Do you know if this was downloaded onto your phone? If so, you can go to www.MyMobileRecovery.com to attempt to locate and lock your device or wipe your contacts before suspending your service.
Next you will need to file an insurance claim:
The fastest and easiest way to file is online or through My Verizon.
You can also contact Asurion Customer Care at (888) 881-2622.
I hope you find your find your device!
Thank you,

I have an iPhone. Your website says to go to
which says iPhone is not supported.
the Verizon site is already slow enough that we don't need to be diverted by useless adverts.
